COVID-19 Pandemic Updates
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, your safety is our priority. We have resumed our regular hours at this time and have opened our schedules for those patients that prefer to see the physician in the office. Our schedules are modified to allow for social distancing guidelines. Our check-in process has been modified, also, to avoid too many people in our lobby. When you schedule your appointment we will provide those instructions. Patients are required to wear masks at their appointments (we are unable to provide masks at this time). We still offer tele-health appointment if you prefer.
Some appointments are being re-scheduled to accommodate for a schedule that is more spread out. If your appointment time has been changed and it does not meet your needs, please feel free to call us (520)298-8555 Option 3.
Our Patient Portal is a convenient way to contact us. You can request an appointment, leave a message for various departments, and view your medical records. Unfortunately, at this time any future appointments DO NOT appear on this portal. We are working on this feature to function for your convenience.
Please contact your pharmacy directly for any prescription refill requests; we will be contacted electronically directly with your request.
