Mohs

We offer Mohs micrographic surgery for our patients with skin cancers that occur in aesthetically or functionally important areas of the face. A Mohs surgeon acts as both the pathologist and the reconstructive surgeon, and this in-office method offers the highest possible cure rate while removing the minimum amount of surrounding normal skin. Tracey Newlove, MD, was fellowship-trained in this technique at the Medical University of South Carolina and is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgeons.
